Tim: 4 hours doesn't fit programmers very well.
There are many exceptions to that - if people enjoy what they do up to a point, that's fine
40-50 hours per week is ok, no higher than that

View time as a currency, in a context
A lot of people end up still working a lot, but being much more productive
